Payments
Sessions are held at the agreed time, and it is the client’s responsibility to attend on time.
Failure to attend is regarded as completion of the session, and no refund will be given. For invoice payments, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the session.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session, the client is not entitled to a refund. For invoice payments, the full amount will be charged.
If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will not be initiated unless specifically agreed otherwise.
In such cases, no refund will be given, and the full amount will be charged for invoice payments.
For delays of less than 15 minutes, the session will still end at the originally agreed time.
In cases of illness or force majeure, the session may be rescheduled without charge.
Illness must be reported immediately and no later than 2 hours before the session.
Repeated illness-related cancellations may result in full payment being charged.
Registration for retreats and events is binding once the agreement has been entered into.
When booking events or retreats with a fixed date, the client accepts that they waive their right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, Section 18(2).
The client may, by agreement, transfer their place to another participant.
If few participants register, or in cases of force majeure, House of Being may cancel the event or retreat.
In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
For long-term programmes, special terms will apply, which will be provided in writing prior to entering into the agreement.
Subscriptions are entered into for a minimum term of 3 months unless otherwise stated or agreed.
Payment is made monthly in advance.
Termination may be made with one month’s notice to the end of a calendar month.
Example: If you terminate on 10 March, the agreement ends on 30 April.
Non-payment results in suspension of access to services but does not release the client from payment obligations until the subscription has been terminated.
Unused sessions within a month cannot be transferred unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For all clients, the following applies:
