From Change Management to questioning the Human aspect
I hold a Master’s degree in Change Management, and even back then I was questioning the human aspect of every change project I was involved in - while I was still in Phase One: The Conditioning Phase. I felt that something was missing when decisions about company mergers or letting employees go were based purely on numbers and KPIs, instead of the human potential I could clearly see. But I didn’t say anything, because “this is how the world is,” and I might have been the “wrong one.”
Listening to the body, not just the plan
Later, I became a Personal Trainer, helping people change their bodies while listening to their inner frustrations. I could see their wounds and their potential, but I didn’t yet have the words for it. So I became a certified Habit Coach - and that was a game changer. I began asking my clients questions instead of telling them what to do, and their mindset started to shift.
When life changed everything
At the same time, I became a mother, and shortly after, I went through a divorce. This created a completely new paradigm compared to the life I had been living. Then one day, my body burned out completely. I went on sick leave, struggling with anxiety - something that had been there for years, though I hadn’t known what it was. I could no longer work or be around people. So, lying there month after month, I went through my awakening in solitude.
The tools that helped me heal
I began exploring my astrology, my Human Design, and my Gene Keys. I changed my home and started living by Feng Shui principles. I dove into tantra and into understanding energy. And so many other themes became my passion. Meanwhile, I started experiencing small miracles and slowly began to heal.
Becoming a Conscious Being
It wasn’t until 2025, when I was introduced to the power of breathwork, that everything finally connected. I became strong, healthy, and vital again—and I knew I wanted to give back, to support others moving through the same human change process I had just lived.
That was when I realized I had become a conscious being - in phase Three.
Why I created House of Being
House of Being was not created as a business idea. It was born out of purpose - from my Genius Zone.
I had walked the long road of change: from performance and achievement, into burnout, anxiety, and collapse — and from there, slowly, into awareness, healing, and wholeness. Looking back, two things stand out: First, I used many tools. Some were powerful. Some were confusing. Many were fragmented. Second, most of the time, the path felt lonely, overwhelming, and hard to navigate. What I needed did not exist in one place: a space that holds tools and techniques for personal and spiritual growth - and a community of like-minded people.
Now, standing on the other side (in Phase 3, as a Conscious Being), I have created House of Being to give back to others - from alignment, from abundance, and from love.
My mission with House of Being is simple:
to support humans in remembering who they are beneath roles, expectations, and survival patterns.
My vision is to build a living community where inner work is not something you do alone.
Where tools like breathwork, Human Design, energy work, and conscious practices are not escapes from life, but gateways into it.
Where growth is not about fixing what is broken, but about integrating what is true.
House of Being exists for those who are ready to meet themselves.
Not as who they were told to be - but as who they already are.
And that is the true story behind House of Being.
